Jake Kellie
Award-winning international chef Jake Kellie from Singapore’s Burnt Ends is winging his way to Christchurch (thanks to Singapore Airlines) to create delicious morsels of smoky open-fire greatness from a wood-fire grill on the Gallery forecourt.

Tom Hishon
Tom Hishon, head chef and owner of Orphans Kitchen and Daily Bread in Auckland, will be making his famous and outrageously good Southland cheese rolls. Don't miss out on this South Island classic – with quite the twist.

Alex Davies
Completing the culinary line-up is Alex Davies, head chef and owner of Christchurch's award-winning Gatherings. He'll be doing his local, seasonable and sustainable thing alongside Tom and Jake.

And for dessert? Cakes by Anna x Dan Arps
Cake and champagne surprises are included in the mix! With caker extraordinaire Cakes by Anna teaming up with Christchurch-born artist Dan Arps to create some sweet sweet magic to finish off the smorgasbord.
